Go to the Leads tab.
Click button.
Choose the mode of transport from the list of icons for easy access.
Enter the details in the Routing, Commodity, Parties, Pickup/Drop, Services, and Internals sections (see the tables below for reference).
Click Create when finished.
Enter the below required fields in the Routing section and click Next.
Origin Country
The country where the shipment begins.
Destination Country
The country where the shipment is headed.
Origin City
The city where the shipment originates.
Destination City
The city where the shipment is going.
Routing Via
The routes or locations through which the shipment will pass.
Move Type
The type of movement for the shipment (e.g., import, export).
Ship Date
The date when the shipment is scheduled to be dispatched.
Service Type
The type of service used for the shipment (e.g., air freight).
Inco Terms
The Incoterms defining the buyer and seller responsibilities.
Transit Time
The estimated time for the shipment to reach its destination.
Freight Charges
The cost associated with transporting the shipment.
Enter the below required fields in the commodity section and click Next.
Nature of Goods
The general type or category of goods being shipped.
HTS
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule code for the goods.
Commodity Description
A detailed description of the goods being shipped.
Dimensions Details
The size measurements of the goods (e.g., length, width, height).
Enter the Billing Party address in the designated fields under the Parties section.
Click the + button to add a new contact.
The new contact will be set as the billing party.
Click Next button.
Enter the Pickup Address and click Next button.
Same for the Delivery Address and click Next button.
Enter the Declared Value, Packing Service, and Cargo Insurance details.
Click Next.
Enter the following fields in the Internals section.
Priority
The urgency level of the inquiry or task.
Repeat Customer
Indicates if the customer is a repeat client.
Source
The origin or channel through which the inquiry was received.
Product
The product related to the inquiry or task.
Enquiry Ref
The reference number for the inquiry.
Sales Rep
The sales representative handling the inquiry.
Relationship Manager
The manager responsible for the client relationship.
Referred by
The person or source that referred the customer.
Remark Type
The type of remark associated with the inquiry.
Remarks
Additional comments or details about the inquiry.
When creating a Lead, various details need updating, including routing, commodity, parties, services, billing, and internals. Each category requires specific information to be added.
Stage 1: Routing

Stage 3: Parties
Stage 4: Pickup/Drop
Stage 5: Services
Stage 6: Internals
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
This action will open the Edit Routing Details window, where you can modify the cargo routing details as needed.
Tap the Save button.
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Scroll down and tap the Commodity section.
This action will open the Commodity Details window, where you can modify the commodity details as needed.
Tap the Save button.
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Scroll down and tap the Parties section.
This action will open the Edit Parties window, where you can modify the Parties, details as needed.
Tap the Save button.
Tap on the + Add to initiate the addition process.
This action will prompt the Add Parties window to appear.
From the dropdown menu labelled Select Parties to Add, choose the relevant parties.
Upon selection, the contact details associated with the chosen parties will automatically populate. For instance, selecting "Consignee" will display the relevant consignee details for you to choose from.
If the required parties aren’t in the contact list, tap the + button next to the second text box to open the Create Contact dialog and add their details.
Once done, click Save button
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Scroll down and tap the Services section.
Under Additional Service, select the Edit button.
This action will open the Edit Additional Services window, where you can modify the services details as needed.
Tap the Save button.
Begin by accessing the display of all leads.
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Scroll down and tap the Billing section.
Tap the Edit button.
This action will open the Billing & Payments window, where you can modify the services details as needed.
Tap the Save button.
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Scroll down and tap the Internals section.
Under Internal Details section, select the Edit button.
This action will open the Edit Internal Details window, where you can modify the services details as needed.
In the mobile app, quotations and vendor estimates cannot be created but can only be approved or rejected.
Tap on the Lead file to open it for editing.
Navigate to the Quotations sections
Select the quotation you wish to view and manage.
Tap the Approve or Reject button as needed.
New: Leads at this stage are newly identified and have not been contacted yet.
Contacted: Leads have been contacted and initial communication has been established.
Interested: Leads have shown interest in the product or service offered.
Quoted: A formal quote or proposal has been submitted to the leads.
Negotiation: Customizing terms to align perfectly with the requirements.
Approved: Lead is approved.
Go to the lead file you want to edit.
Under Lead Stages, click the dropdown menu.
Select the appropriate stage that reflects the lead's current position.
A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click Yes to successfully update the lead stage.
To mark a lead as won, certain prerequisites must be met:.
Click the dropdown under Lead Stages and select Won.
A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click Yes to confirm the update.
The lead will now be converted to a shipment and set to Won status.
In certain situations, the lead may not proceed to the shipment stage. In such cases, we mark the lead as lost.
Simply click the Lost icon.
It will prompt to Mark Lost window. Fill out the details of the Due to, Reason, Closing Date.
Click Save button.
Go to the Lead Module.
Choose the relevant filter and category, then click the Apply button.
To save the applied filter, simply click Save Filter.
Leads Chart Overview
Accessing Charts: Open a lead file from the lead management system to view charts related to its progression and details.
Chart Types:
Routing Chart: Tracks the lead's flow through stages or departments.
Commodity Chart: Displays product or service details.
Parties Chart: Lists associated stakeholders.
Internals Chart: Shows internal notes or information.
Interacting with Charts: Hover over chart segments to view detailed information, such as routing breakdowns including transport mode, freight charges, and IncoTerms.
Updating Charts: Ensure all chart segments are fully completed. Identify and update any missing details, then save changes to maintain accurate lead tracking and stakeholder updates.
Within the lead view, locate the near the routing details.
Tap the button.
Tap the adjacent to the added parties and select the Edit button.
Click the filter icon in the top right corner.
