In the contact module, users benefit from a robust filtering feature that enables the application of specific conditions to streamline contact viewing. By tailoring these conditions, users can precisely refine their search criteria, resulting in efficient and hassle-free contact management.
Apply Filters
Effortlessly refine your contact list with specific filter criteria. Let's focus on what matters most.
Go to the left sidebar and select the Contact Menu.
Select your desired filter criteria under Filter Contacts By.
Specify conditions within chosen filters.
Click Apply Filter to refine the contact list.
Saved Filters
Tailor your filters to perfection. Save them for easy access and heightened efficiency.
Apply your desired filters.
Click on Save Filter.
Assign a name to your filter in the prompted window Enter Filter Name.
Once saved, access the filter anytime without reapplying it, enhancing efficiency.
Rename a Saved Filter
Effortlessly rename your saved filters for better organization and clarity
Locate the saved filter you wish to rename.
A small dialog box will appear with two choices: Rename and Delete.
Click Rename Option.
Enter the filter name to renamed in the Update Filter Name dialog box.
Click Save button.
Delete a Saved Filter
Easily remove unnecessary clutter from your saved filters with just a few clicks.
Locate the Saved Filters you wish to delete.
A small dialog box will appear with two choices: Rename and Delete.
Click Delete Option.
A Warning screen will appear, asking for confirmation before deletion.
Confirm the deletion by pressing the Yes button.
The filters will be permanently removed from the system.
