In our system, we establish connections between branches and contacts, leveraging any associated branch office locations. This approach strengthens communication and collaboration by fostering direct links between branches and relevant contacts.

Connect a Branch

Easily expand your branch network for greater reach and efficiency in just a few clicks.

  1. Go to the Overview->Branch Offices.

  2. Click + Add Branch to open a new window for branch details.

  3. Use the Add button for multiple branches.

  4. Save changes to finalize.

  5. So the added branch gets displayed here in the overview. you can manage the branch now.

Branches can only be connected to active contacts. Therefore, please ensure that the contact you wish to connect as a branch is active. Once verified, you can proceed to link the active contact as a branch to the specific contact.

Delete a Branch

Seamlessly declutter your branch network with simple deletion actions, ensuring a streamlined system.

  1. Click on the delete icon next to the Branch Office you want to remove.

  2. This action triggers a Warning screen asking for confirmation.

  3. Confirm deletion by clicking the Yes button.

  4. The branch will be permanently removed from the system.
