Create Contact

Create New Contact

  1. Click the button.

  2. You will see four tabs: General, Address, Ports, and Tags.

  3. Fill in the details in each tab according to the tables below.

General:

Field
Description

Contact Type

Type of contact (e.g., customer, supplier, partner).

Account Value

Value associated with the contact’s account.

Title

Contact's title (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.).

Legal Name

Legal name of the contact (if applicable).

Display Name

Name displayed in the system for the contact.

Source

Source of the contact (e.g., referral, website, event).

Employee Details

+Add Employee

Referred By

Name of the person who referred the contact (if applicable).

Relationship Manager

Contact's relationship manager or assigned representative.

Email Address

Email address of the contact.

Phone Number

Contact's primary phone number.

Description

Additional notes or description about the contact.

Address:

Country

Country where the contact is located.

Address 1

Primary address line of the contact.

Address 2

Secondary address line of the contact (if applicable).

City

City where the contact is located.

State/Province

State or province where the contact is located.

Zip

Postal code or ZIP code of the contact's address.

Location Type

Type of location (e.g., office, home).

Ports:

Airports

Airports associated with the contact (if applicable).

Ocean Ports

Ocean ports associated with the contact (if applicable).

Tags:

Tags to categorize and label the contact for easier search and filtering.

  1. Once done, Click Save button.
