Tracking Reports

The Tracking Reports feature empowers users to generate customized reports tailored to their specific needs within the selected mode of transport, date range, and move type. These reports provide in-depth insights into various aspects of sales and operations, allowing users to track, analyze, and optimize their logistics and transportation processes effectively.

Accessing Tracking Reports

  1. Navigate to on the side bar.

  2. Under Tracking->click Tracking Report.

  3. Mode of Transport: Choose the mode of transport for which you want to generate the report.

    • Date Range: Select the timeframe for the report data.

    • Move Type: Specify the type of movement (e.g., import,export).

    • Click on the Run Report button to generate the report based on the selected parameters.

Viewing and Downloading Reports

Once the report is generated, you can:

  • View: Review the report data displayed on the screen. The report may include information such as shipment details, transport modes, dates, and move types.

  • Download: If necessary, download the report in a preferred format (e.g., Excel, CSV) for further analysis or sharing.
