We’re excited to introduce Dynamic Shipment Numbering, a new enhancement in the Freight Module that improves shipment tracking and compliance. With this update, shipment numbers will now be generated dynamically based on:

Mode of Transport (Air, Ocean, Road, Rail) Move Type (Import, Export, Domestic, Transshipment) Business Rules for customized numbering

How It Works? Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Shipment # Tab Configure shipment number prefixes based on transport mode & move type Choose Default or set up Conditional Fields for dynamic numbering Save changes and apply them to all future shipments Experience seamless automated shipment numbering in action!

Enhanced Printing for AR Aging Detail Report

We’re excited to introduce an important update in the Accounts Receivable Aging Detail Report that enhances the printing functionality for improved usability and accuracy.

What’s New?

Seamless Printing – Once you generate the AR Aging Detail Report, the Print option is now enabled automatically, allowing you to print or download the report in PDF format. Dynamic Updates – If you modify any report fields, the Print option will be disabled, ensuring that only the most up-to-date data is available for printing. Simply run the report again to re-enable printing. Effortless Reporting – Generate accurate, well-structured financial reports in just a few clicks.

How It Works?

Navigate to Finance Module → Reports → Accounts Receivable Aging Detail Configure your report with the required Report Period, Days per Aging Period, and Number of Periods Enter the Customer Name and click Run Report Once the report is generated, the Print option is available Save or download the report in PDF format for easy sharing and documentation

This update ensures more control and precision over financial reporting, making it easier to track aging details and outstanding invoices.
