Reports in customer portal encompass all your financial transactions and business accounting, offering a clear and organized view of your data.
Requirements for accessing reports in the customer portal
The logged-in user's contact must be granted permission to view reports in CargoEZ main module. (See Customer Portal details).
If the specific report has approval criteria, the report must be approved in CargoEZ main module.
The parties in the report must be the logged in user's contact of the customer portal.
The report can be downloaded and printed in the customer portal.
How can I view reports within the customer portal?
Go to
Shipments.
Select the desired shipment.
Navigate to the REPORTS tab.
Click the specific report you want to view or customize.
Two options are available in the top right corner:
