Organization & Publisher

The Organization and Publisher setup section in the rates module allows you to manage and configure essential details for your FMC operations.

Add Organization

1. Navigate to icon in the left sidebar.

2. Go to the Organization tab.

3. Click Setup FMC Organization.

4. Enter the required organization details as shown in the table below.

Field	Description
Organization	Unique identifier for the organization
Legal Name of Registrant	Official legal name of the registrant
Trade Name of Registrant	Trade name or business name
Type of Registrant	Category or type of the registrant
Headquarter Address	Address of the headquarters
Contact Person Name	Name of the contact person
Phone	Contact phone number
Email	Contact email address
Fax	Fax number
Website	Official website
Remarks	Any additional remarks or notes

Add Publisher

1. Enter the required publisher details as shown in the table below.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the publisher
Address	Address of the publisher
Contact Person	Name of the contact person
Phone	Contact phone number
Email	Contact email address
Fax	Fax number

1. After entering these details, click the Save button to create the organization and publisher.

Editing Organization & Publisher

1. Navigate to icon in the left sidebar.

2. Go to the Organization tab.

3. Click Edit button.

4. Modify the details as required and click Save button.
