Within the contact profile, you can incorporate Receivables, Payables, and other finance-related elements. This enhances visibility into the financial landscape of the contact's business, facilitating a more informed understanding of their future requirements.
When you navigate to the finance tab, you'll immediately see a breakdown of income and expenses, along with balance and overdue details, enabling you to instantly grasp the financial health of each contact for better decision-making and streamlined communication.
Simplify your financial management by configuring payments and credits through the Finance tab.
Navigate to the Finance tab.
Go to Payment and Billing ->General Tab-> Configure Payments and Credits.
Click on Setup Now to access the setup interface.
Enter necessary details for receivables and payables in the provided fields.
Navigate to the Payment and Billing->Banks Tab.
Click +New Bank button.
Save Bank Details window will get open, input the neccessary bank details.
Click Save button.
Streamline your receivable management by adding line items with ease.
Navigate to Receivable Line Items section.
Select Add Receivable Line Items.
Choose the line items you want to add.
Fill in the necessary details.
Click the Save button to confirm.

Navigate to Payable Line Items section.
Select Add Payable Line Items.
Choose the line items you want to add.
Fill in the necessary details.
Click the Save button to confirm.
To modify any of the financial details mentioned above, simply click the edit icon next to the respective field and make the necessary changes.
