This section facilitates the management of tax-related information, including creation and editing of tax entries.

Adding New Tax

  1. Navigate to the Tax section.

  2. Click , it will prompt to New Tax window.

  3. Enter the Name, Rate, Display name and other details.

Tax Information

Field
Description

Sales Account

This field is used to specify the account to which sales tax is credited.

Purchase Account

This field is used to specify the account to which purchase tax is debited.

The Sales and Purchase accounts are sourced from the account types previously established in the of the account type sales is sourced from current liabilities and other current liabilities, Purchase account is sourced from current asset and other current assets

Editing an Existing Tax

Our finance module provides an intuitive interface for modifying tax details to ensure your financial data reflects the latest information.

  1. Browse through the list of existing tax entries to find the one you need to edit.

  2. Click icon adjacent to the tax entry.

  3. It will prompt to Update Tax Details window, make the necessary changes.

  4. Click Save.
