KYC
KYC in CargoEZ verifies customer details to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and build trust, covering legal, financial, and operational aspects. This ensures transparency and mitigates risks effectively.
Add KYC
Add new KYC information seamlessly for enhanced data accuracy.
Click the KYC tab.
Select the + Add New option.
Know Your Customer Details window will open for entering the required KYC information.
Enter the necessary details.
Click Save to finalize the process.
Edit KYC
Modify KYC details seamlessly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Click on the icon
adjacent to the newly added KYC entry.
Select the edit
code icon.
This action will open Know Your Customer Details window enabling you to make any necessary adjustments to the information.
After making changes, Click Save button.
Remove KYC
Simplify KYC management by swiftly removing unnecessary entries with ease.
Click on the icon
adjacent to the newly added KYC entry.
Click the Remove Code
icon.
A Warning screen will appear, asking for confirmation before deletion.
Press the Yes button to confirm and proceed with deletion.
The KYC details will be permanently removed from the system.
Upload Document
Streamline your KYC process with seamless document uploads.
Click on the icon
adjacent to the newly added KYC entry.
Click the
Upload Document icon.
This action will open a window where you can upload the necessary documents to complete the KYC process.
