Picklist Configuration
The Picklist Configuration feature in CargoEZ allows users to customize dropdown menus to align with their business terminology and requirements. By setting up picklists, you can standardize data entry, improve accuracy, and ensure consistency across the platform.
Navigation to Picklist Configuration
From the Dashboard:
Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Access Picklist Configuration:
In the Settings menu, locate and select the Picklist Configuration option.
You will be directed to the Picklist Configuration page.
Features of Picklist Configuration
Create New Picklist Items: Add custom values to dropdown menus to match your operational needs.
Edit Existing Picklist Items: Update the values of picklist items to reflect changes in your business processes.
Delete Picklist Items: Remove outdated or unused items to keep your dropdowns clean and relevant.
Steps to Configure Picklists
Add New Items:
Click the Add Item button.
Enter the value you want to include in the picklist.
Save the changes to apply them.
Edit Items:
Locate the item you want to modify.
Click the Edit icon next to the item, make the necessary changes, and save.
Delete Items:
Click the Delete icon next to the item you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
