Employees

Every contact within our system, whether it's a shipping company, warehouse, logistics provider, or any other entity, should have a comprehensive list of all relevant employees associated with them. This ensures that all necessary personnel are properly accounted for and accessible within our system, facilitating efficient communication and coordination across all aspects of our operations.

Add an Employee

Add new employees to your team seamlessly with a simple click.

  1. Go to Overview Tab->Employees->+Add Employee.

  2. This initiates the opening of a new window labeled Save Employee.

  3. Input the necessary employee details into the designated fields within the window.

Referencing the example screenshot showcasing filled details, ensure to complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*) as they contain mandatory information.

  1. Fill in the required details for the new employee.

  2. Click the Save button to confirm the addition.

  3. Your new employee will now be visible in the overview section, as shown in the provided screenshot.

Edit an Employee

Update employee details seamlessly with a few simple actions.

  1. Click on the edit icon next to the employee's details.

  2. This action prompts the opening of another window labeled Save Employee.

  3. Within this window, you can make necessary modifications to update the employee's details.

  4. Click Save button.

Delete an Employee

Remove employees from the system swiftly with just a few clicks.

  1. Click on the delete icon next to the employee you wish to remove.

  2. This action triggers a Warning screen requesting confirmation before deletion.

  3. Confirm deletion by pressing the Yes button.

  4. The employee will be permanently removed from the system.

For non-Individual contact types, the option to add employees is available. However, for the Individual contact type, this feature is not enabled.
