Reuse existing Lead

Lead reuse is a valuable feature that allows organizations to recycle lost leads, giving them a second chance at conversion. By revisiting and re-engaging with these leads, businesses can capitalize on previously missed opportunities and potentially drive successful conversions.

How to Reuse Current Lead

  1. Navigate to the lead file you wish to reuse.

  2. Within the selected lead file, locate the icon and select the Reuse current lead option.

  3. A Warning screen will appear, prompting you to confirm the lead renewal.

  4. Confirm the renewal by pressing the Yes button.

  5. The lead will then be renewed successfully.

Reusing is only available for leads that have been marked as lost .
