Documents
The documents section in the CargoEZ contact module includes essential paperwork related to contacts, such as certificates of origin, customs declarations, and insurance certificates. These documents are crucial for managing compliance and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Upload Documents
Easily upload and access documents with just a few clicks in the Files tab.
Navigate to the Files tab.
Click on the
Upload files icon.
A window will open where you can select the documents you want to upload.
Once uploaded, the documents will appear in the tab for easy access and viewing.
Download Documents
Download documents effortlessly for convenient access.
Click on the
icon adjacent to the newly added documents.
Select the
Downloading icon.
This will initiate the download process and save the document onto your machine for access.
Rename Documents
Rename documents easily for improved organization.
Click on the
icon adjacent to the newly added documents.
Select the Rename
icon.
A Rename Dialogue box will open, allowing you to modify the document's name if desired.
Once you've made the changes, click the Rename button to confirm.
Remove Documents
Simplify document management by swiftly removing unnecessary files.
Click the
icon next to the newly added documents.
Choose the
Remove icon.
This action will prompt a Warning screen asking for confirmation before deletion.
Upon confirming by pressing the Yes button, the documents will be permanently removed from the system.
