The Lead Summary feature provides users with a comprehensive overview of lead statistics in a tabular format. The lead summary aggregates statistics based on user activity, allowing users to see how many leads each user has achieved in total.
To access the Lead Summary in the Insights menu, follow these steps:
Click on the insights icon in the sidebar navigation.
Customize your view by selecting specific users and dates.
Scroll down and you will find the Lead Summary at the end.
Review the tabular summary to analyze key metrics such as Sales, Created, Assigned, Won, Lost, Quoted, and Follow-up.
Pay attention to the user-based metrics to see how many leads each user has achieved in total.
By utilizing the Lead Summary feature in the Insights menu, users can gain valuable insights into lead performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead management strategies.
