Tower App

The Tower app is designed for Android TV and can be downloaded from the Play Store. It is not supported on mobile devices. The app uses the same credentials as the web app. Please note that portal users cannot access the Tower app.

Dashboard Overview

Upon logging in, the dashboard provides an overview of the number of shipments achieved. This information is categorized under the following icons:

  1. Air

  2. Ship

  3. Road

  4. Rail

Additionally, the shipments are further categorized as:

  1. Imports

  2. Exports

  3. Domestic

  4. Cross

Sales Board

The sales board is located below the shipment icons. It features a chart with:

  1. X-axis: Salesperson names

  2. Y-axis: Total shipments

Top 10 Salespersons

  1. The top 10 salespersons are displayed separately on the right side of the dashboard.

  2. The data on the dashboard is updated every 15 minutes.

User Management

To remove a user:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu.

  2. Select Remove the concerned user.

Login and Logout

  1. To log in, use your web app credentials.

  2. To log out, navigate to the Settings menu and select Logout.
