Invoice

Invoicing helps you to generate the bills and send it to the clients for the products, or services you have offered to them. It should be noted that in most of the cases, it is the first stage of the sale process and is the basis for a request for payment.

These invoices are created within CargoEZ's main module, enabling customers to access and view them in the customer portal

How to view invoices?

1. Navigate to Shipments in the left side bar.

2. Select the desired shipment.

3. Navigate to the Finance tab.

4. Locate the All Invoice section.

5. Click on the button next to the respective invoice.

6. This action will open the detailed view of the invoice, allowing you to review its contents.
