In CargoBooks, a trial balance serves as a vital financial statement that presents a comprehensive list of all accounts recorded in the company's general ledger, along with their respective balances.
To View this report
Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Reports.
Under the Business Overview section, select Trial Balance.
Choose the desired date range by selecting the start and end dates in the Dates between fields
Click Run Report.
You can click any account to view its drill-down summary.
You have the option to export the report in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats for convenient offline access.
