Reset Password
The default password is generated when customer portal access is created for the customer in the contact module. Refer to Customer Portal for more details.
Navigation to Reset Password
Click
Account menu in the left side bar.
Navigate to the Security tab.
Input your current password in the Password field.
Input your new password in the New Password field.
Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field to verify accuracy.
Click Save.
