The tracking feature in the Customer Portal allows you to monitor your shipments in real time. By using an interactive map and milestone updates, you can stay informed about the current status and location of your shipments, ensuring a seamless and transparent shipping experience.

Can I track my shipment status?

To access the tracking feature in the Customer Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Shipments menu

  2. Select the shipment you want to track from the list.

  3. Go to Status Tab.

  4. View the shipment's progress on the interactive map.

Milestones entered in the CargoEZ main module will appear next to the map in the Customer Portal, providing detailed status updates.
