Company Setup

The Company Setup feature in CargoEZ allows administrators to configure and manage their company's details efficiently. Keeping your company information up-to-date ensures seamless operations, accurate documentation, and professional communication with stakeholders.

  1. From the Dashboard:

    • Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Access Company Setup:

    • In the Settings menu, select the Company Setup option.

    • You will be directed to the Company Setup page, where you can view and edit your company details.

Features of Company Setup

  • Edit Company Details: Update your company's name, address, contact information, and logo.

  • Manage Business Information: Configure details like tax IDs, registration numbers, and industry-specific data.

  • Branding Settings: Upload your company logo and set branding preferences to ensure consistency in documentation.

  • Contact Information: Add or update primary and secondary contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers.

Steps to Edit Company Details

  1. Navigate to the Company Setup Page:

    • Follow the steps in the navigation section above.

  2. Edit Information:

    • On the Company Setup page, click the Edit button next to the field you want to update.

    • Enter the updated information in the provided text boxes or dropdown menus.

  3. Save Changes:

    • After making the necessary updates, click the Save button to confirm your changes.

    • A confirmation message will appear to indicate that the changes have been successfully applied.
