Customer Portal Dashboard Overview

The sidebar on the left side of your dashboard provides quick access to various sections of the portal. The options available are:

  1. New Inquiry: Create a new inquiry.

  2. Home: Return to the main dashboard.

  3. Inquiries: Access past and current leads.

  4. Shipments: View shipment details and tracking.

  5. FMC Rates: Check current FMC rates.

  6. Parties: Manage transaction parties.

Under the Account section, you'll find:

  • Notifications: View your notifications for updates and alerts.

  • Chat Notifications: Access your chat notifications for any messages.

  • Account: Manage your account settings and personal information.

  • Logout: Log out of the customer portal securely.

Main Dashboard Area

The centre of your dashboard is divided into four columns, each presenting important information at a glance. Only the last 50 entries for each category will be displayed:

  1. Inquiries:

    • This column shows your 50 most recent inquiries.

    • You can quickly see the status and details of each inquiry.

  2. Invoices:

    • Here, the latest 50 invoices are displayed.

    • It allows you to monitor your billing and payment status.

  3. AMS Filing:

    • This column lists your 50 most recent AMS (Automated Manifest System) filings.

    • You can track the status and details of each filing.

  4. ISF Filing:

    • This section displays your 50 most recent ISF (Importer Security Filing) filings.

    • Keep track of the compliance status for your shipments.

Additional Information

  1. Outstanding Invoices & Credits: Summary of invoices and available credits.

  2. Graphical Shipment Overview: Visual representation for easy monitoring.
