The documents section in the customer portal allows you to upload and manage relevant documents related to your inquiries and shipments. This section provides a centralized location for storing and accessing important documents, making it easier to track and manage your transactions.

How to Upload Documents

  1. Navigate to the Inquiries or Shipments menu and click on the Documents tab.

  2. Click the Upload button and select the document from your computer.

  3. The selected document will be successfully uploaded.

Managing Documents

Once documents are uploaded, users can perform various actions to manage them effectively:

Click on the to access all the options listed below.

  1. Download: Click on the download icon to download the document to your local device for offline access.

  2. Rename: Select the document and click on the rename option to modify the document's name for clarity and organization.

  3. Share: Share the document with relevant team members or external parties by clicking on the share option and providing the necessary permissions.

  4. Mark as Public/Private: Choose whether to mark the document as public or private. Public documents are visible to all users with access to the lead, while private documents are only accessible to specified users.
