The Transaction List By Customer report summarizes customer transactions over a specified period, aiding in tracking sales, payments, and outstanding balances. Customize parameters for insights and conveniently export data for offline analysis.
Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Reports.
Under the Receivables section, select Transaction list by customer.
Provide the Report Period (Start date to End date) & Customer details.
Click Run Report.

Report Period

Customer
Name or identifier of the customer associated with the transaction.
Date
The date when the transaction occurred.
Transaction Type
Specifies the type of transaction, such as invoice, payment, credit memo, etc.
Transaction

Shipment
Details of any shipment or delivery associated with the transaction.
Amount
The monetary value of the transaction.
Balance
The remaining balance after the transaction is processed, indicating the updated financial standing.
