Business Hours

Business hours represent the operational hours of the contact. By setting or activating business hours for a contact, we gain insight into their available operating times, facilitating better timing for communications and interactions.

Adding Business Hours

Craft your contact's business hours effortlessly, it's just a few steps away!

  1. Access the contact and go to the Business Hours section.

  2. Click on the +Add icon to open the Working Hours dialogue box.

  3. Adjust the slider to set open or closed status and add timings.

  4. Click Create to update the business hours.

Editing Business Hours

Enter the realm of possibilities as you refine your schedule effortlessly. Ready to unlock the potential of your time?

  1. Click on the Edit icon to modify the details of the added Business Hours.

  2. This action will prompt the opening of the Working Hours dialogue box.

  3. Adjust the slider to indicate Open or Closed status and make any necessary edits to the timings.

  4. Finally, click Create to save and update the business hours.
