In CargoEZ, clear and comprehensive terms and conditions are automatically included when generating and sending quotations to customers via email templates. These terms and conditions serve to outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties, ensuring a mutual understanding of the transaction. Below, you'll find a breakdown of the key elements covered:

Quotation Validity:

• Quotations are estimates and subject to change based on availability. Verify validity before ordering.

Price Guarantee:

• We guarantee competitive pricing; let us know if you find a lower quote.

Additional Charges:

• Additional charges may apply for Customs holds and unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance Protection:

• Purchase insurance for goods protection; charges are based on carrier's terms.

Limitation of Liability:

• We're not liable for uncontrollable factors affecting shipments.

Cargo Specifications:

• Rates apply to non-hazardous, non-perishable cargo unless specified otherwise.

Adding Terms and Conditions for Quotations

1. Click on the Settings menu in the sidebar navigation.

2. Within the settings menu, locate and select Email Settings->Email Templates.

3. Select Quotation-Mail-Template from the Email Templates.

4. Choose button.

5. Insert the desired terms and conditions into the body of the email.

6. After entering the terms and conditions, remember to save your changes to ensure they are applied to all future quotations.
