Leads Chart when lead is opened

Navigating lead charts within the lead module is crucial for understanding and managing lead progress effectively. Here's a more detailed breakdown of how to navigate lead charts:

Accessing Lead Files:

  1. Begin by accessing the display of all leads.

  2. Click on the Lead file to open its file for editing.

  3. This is typically where you'll find all the information related to leads, including charts and other relevant data.

Types of Lead Charts

Within the lead file, you'll find various lead charts, each serving a specific purpose

  1. Routing Chart: Shows the flow of the lead through different stages or departments.

  2. Commodity Chart: Displays details about the products or services involved in the lead.

  3. Parties Chart: Lists all parties or stakeholders associated with the lead.

  4. Internals Chart: Provides internal information or notes relevant to the lead.

Hovering Over Chart Segments

  1. To access detailed information about a particular aspect of the lead, hover over the corresponding chart segment.

  2. For example, hovering over the routing chart will display a breakdown of routing information in a table format. This breakdown may include details such as the mode of transport, freight charges, IncoTerms, and other relevant routing details as provided during the lead creation process.

Updating Chart Details

  1. Check for incomplete chart segments, indicated by less than 100% completion.

  2. Identify the specific stage requiring attention, for eg. such as routing information.

  3. Update the stage with missing details.

  4. Save changes to ensure 100% completion.

  5. This guarantees accurate lead progress tracking and keeps stakeholders informed.
