The Sales Funnel feature in CargoEZ provides users with a visual representation of the sales pipeline directly within the Lead Module dashboard. This tool allows you to track the progress of leads through various stages of the sales process, from initial contact to conversion.

Key Segments

  1. Leads: Represents the pool of potential customers.

  2. Contacted: Indicates leads that have been successfully engaged.

  3. Interested: Highlights leads expressing interest in your offerings.

  4. Rate Requested: Shows leads seeking pricing or rates.

  5. Rates Received: Indicates leads provided with pricing information.

  6. Quoted: Represents leads that have received formal proposals.

  7. Negotiation: Indicates leads currently in negotiation.

  8. Approved: Represents leads that have approved proposed terms.

  9. Won: Indicates successfully converted leads.

Date Filter:

The Sales Funnel includes a date filter feature, allowing users to customize the view based on specific time periods. This enables detailed analysis and monitoring of sales performance over time.

Using the Sales Funnel:

  1. Access the Lead Module dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Sales Funnel section.

  3. Utilize the date filter to customize the view.

  4. Track the progress of leads through each stage of the sales process.

  5. In CargoEZ, you can effortlessly monitor the number of shipments completed via air, sea, road, and other modes of transport within each stage simply by hovering over the stages.
