Chat with Parties

In our product, the Chat with Parties feature enables users to engage in real-time conversations with parties associated with a lead. This functionality facilitates seamless communication and collaboration, streamlining the process of managing leads and fostering stronger relationships with stakeholders.

Navigating to Chat with Parties

1. Access the lead file section within the lead module.

2. Within the lead details page, locate the chat interface .

3. Once in the chat interface, you can start typing your message and send it to the selected parties. You can also view messages from parties and engage in real-time conversation.
