The Refund function helps you manage, and record refunds issued to customers due to returns, overpayments, or other reasons.
Navigate to Sales menu, click Create option in the top right corner.
Select Refund option.
Fill in the necessary details for the refund including customer information, preferred payment methods, outstanding transactions and any other relevant details.
Click Save button.
To perform actions on a refund, click the button next to the refund entry. This reveals a dropdown menu with options for managing the transaction. Below are the available options
View: View the details of the refund without making any changes.
Edit: Make changes to the refund, such as updating prices, or outstanding transactions.
Void: Cancel the refund if it's no longer needed or if there was an error in its creation.
