Chat Connect
The chat feature within the customer portal allows you to communicate directly with our team members, including sales representatives and operational staff.
Accessing the Chat
To access the chat feature within your customer portal:
Go to the
Inquiries or
Shipments section, depending on the nature of your query.
Choose the specific inquiry or shipment you wish to discuss via chat.
Write your query in the chat window and press enter button.
Representatives receive notifications in the CargoEZ main module and can respond directly.
Check Chat Notifications in the left sidebar of the customer portal and respond as needed.
