Followups

Streamline lead communication with our follow-up feature. Easily schedule, track, and complete tasks, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Boost productivity and accountability for better business outcomes.

Adding a New Follow-Up

  1. Navigate to the lead file and click the follow-ups icon.

  2. Click on the icon and select +Add New to create a new follow-up.

  3. In the follow-up prompt, fill in the following details:

    • Type: Select the type of follow-up (e.g., call, email, internal).

    • Outcome: Specify the outcome of the follow-up (e.g.,Interested, left message).

    • Subject: Enter a brief subject line for the follow-up.

    • Lead: Associate the follow-up with a specific lead from the list.

    • Description: Provide additional details or context for the follow-up.

    • Assigned to: Assign the follow-up to a team member responsible for its completion.

    • Collaborators: Add any additional team members who should be informed or involved in the follow-up.

    • Due Date: Set a due date for the follow-up task.

  4. Once all details are entered, click the Save button to save the follow-up.

Managing Follow-Ups

Edit:

  1. To edit a follow-up, click the button.

  2. It will prompt to a Save Followup window. Make the necessary updates.

  3. Click Save button.

Delete:

  1. To delete a follow-up, click the button.

  2. A confirmation message will appear to ensure deletion. Select Yes to proceed with deleting the follow-up.

Mark as Complete:

  1. Select the icon.

  2. This action will trigger a window asking, "Do you want to mark this file as complete?"

  3. Press the Confirm button to mark the follow-up as completed.

  4. Upon confirmation, the follow-up status will transition to Completed.
